Wellspring for Women accepts volunteers for a number of projects and hires counselors who meet the qualifications and agree with the philosophies of the organization.

Counselors do not have to be licensed as they are under the guidance and instruction of Pastor Ed and Valeta Bush, licensed counselors. The counselors offer biblical instruction to the women in the program.

Qualifications:

Mature, Christian believer, able to teach the word of God.
Must have compassion and desire to minister to women.
